a haven of comfort and care

soft pillows delicious food attentive staff warm welcome

i found the room clean the pillows were so soft the room offered all i needed i noted it was beautifully decorated. the breakfast buffet became a highlight it included fresh fruits and pastries a made-to-order omelet station was available. dining at the restaurant was nice the service was prompt the food delicious. i especially appreciated the staff they were great.

the gym had some equipment that was not fully functional it was a minor inconvenience though.

I found the room clean and spacious. the club beautiful double room had a cozy atmosphere. the bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly. the room included great city views!

the in-room wifi signal was weak at times, it hindered streaming videos.

clean room amazing breakfast

the room was clean and well kept! the breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of options. i found the staff very helpful and attentive to my needs. i really appreciated the convenient location.

I noticed a slight issue with the air conditioning in the room. It did not seem to reach its full cooling potential. it was still okay but could be better.

mixed feelings about my stay

limited selection noisy air conditioning

the breakfast experience was not great it was limited and not what i expected from a hotel of this supposed caliber i found the selection to be quite basic and repetitive. i also had some issues with the air conditioning unit in my room it was difficult to regulate and made strange noises during the night. it disrupted my sleep a few times. i hoped for a better experience considering the price.

the room was clean and well-kept. breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits and pastries. the location proved convenient, especially with its proximity to the airport.

the ac seemed to not work at full scale during the final hours of my stay. i noticed the power seemed reduced, which affected the cooling. the check-out process could improve, as key cards required reactivation after a short period.

The gym had great equipment and the pool area was relaxing. Staff members were always helpful and professional . Breakfast offered many options and the room was very comfortable (I especially liked the soft sheets).
